Soft Footballs

I know I'd take a free football any day of the week but come on.  They give the kidds soft balls because the regular ones are to noisy when kicked.  What no one slams car doors around there or is the whole town padded to keep it quiet for the delicate residents.  Smells of to many retired people to me.
